Thank you for shopping with Absolute Peptides UK.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.
No Returns Accepted
For product safety, quality assurance, and inventory control reasons, we cannot accept returned products under any circumstances. Returned merchandise will not be restocked or resold.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:
- The incorrect item was shipped by us.
- The order arrives significantly damaged due to shipping, and supporting evidence is provided.
- The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments) and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of any damaged items and packaging, if applicable
Any refund, replacement, or store credit is granted at our sole discretion after review of the claim.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any order-related concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with supporting order and shipment documentation.
